Job Description 

Strong hands on experience in Weblogic or Tomcat, apache/SunOne administration on Windows/Linux/Solaris/AIX platform. 

• Understanding and implementation of Java/J2ee concepts. 

• Understand Active Directory or LDAP concepts 

• SSO agent configuration on webservers 

• Should work in shifts 

• ITIL support process awareness preferred 

• Quick learner, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to understand customer problem and provide technical solution in timely manner 

• Ability to understand customer urgency and sensitivity of problem. 

• Able to work independently 

• Able to multi-task and prioritize a demanding and varied workload. 

• Ability to speak confidently and communicate clearly with customer. 

• Analyzes and evaluates Middleware systems and provides expert technical direction and recommendations to improve utilization, performance and consolidation. 

• Having Shell/Perl/Python Scripting experience will be a plus.
